The initiative is designed to help authorized Arivia dealers deliver reliable, high-quality technical support to end users across key European markets.

Through this program, Katun provides dealer partners with greater flexibility and additional service resources to support customers when local technical coverage or internal service capabilities are limited. Each service provider has completed comprehensive training on Arivia devices and has been certified to meet Katun’s strict standards for technical expertise, service quality, and customer experience.

By offering certified third-party service resources, Katun strengthens its commitment to helping dealers scale their service capabilities, improve customer responsiveness, and deliver a more seamless support experience to end users.

Authorized Arivia dealers can request third-party technical support directly through Katun’s Katalyst partner portal, creating a streamlined process for accessing certified service resources when needed.
