As we continue to expand our presence and offerings, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Web Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth.

The Digital Marketing and Web Development Manager will be pivotal in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies while overseeing the development and maintenance of our company website. This role requires a dynamic individual who will lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive online presence, leveraging innovative marketing techniques and best practices. Ideal candidates will possess a strong creative vision, a passion for digital storytelling, and a comprehensive understanding of web development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving traffic to our website.
    • Website Development Management: Oversee all facets of website development, including design, content creation, and functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    • Analytics and Improvement: Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for enhancement and optimization, implementing necessary adjustments to improve overall effectiveness.
    • SEO and Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with our marketing objectives and enhances online visibility.
  • Industry Trends and Vendor Management
    • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our digital marketing initiatives remain innovative and competitive.
    • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support our digital marketing and web development efforts effectively.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Key Performance Indicators: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to evaluate the success of our digital initiatives and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and web development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, React JavaScript, and other web development languages.
  • Experience with content management systems, such as Strapi, Cloudinary, or WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements*:

  • This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Specific schedule can be negotiated upon hire.
  • The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
